150-ton single-arm hydraulic press, also known as C-type single column hydraulic press, is a versatile open-frame hydraulic forming machine.
This 150-ton single column hydraulic press is widely used for various metal and non-metal processing: shaft and sleeve press fitting, metal plate straightening, steel bar correction, hardware punching, part embossing, blanking, bending, and mold test pressing. Due to its open C-frame design, it is especially suitable for long workpieces, profile straightening and large-size plate processing, which cannot be operated on traditional four-column presses.
The whole machine adopts integral steel plate welded structure, with strict stress-relief annealing treatment, ensuring stable body structure and long-term non-deformation. The C-type open frame provides three-sided open working space, which greatly facilitates manual operation and mold replacement. The vertical guide sleeve ensures high precision slider movement, effectively preventing offset during pressing. Equipped with thickened worktable and high rigidity cylinder, the machine can bear eccentric load and maintain stable pressing effect for a long time.
