The 100-ton hot press (for plastic sheets) is a hot-press molding machine that integrates a hydraulic pressure system, a heating and temperature control system, and automatic program control. It is specifically designed for the pressing, laminating, curing, and bonding of various types of plastic sheets and plates. Based on a rigid four-column or frame-type structure, the machine uses hydraulic cylinders to drive the platen closure, simultaneously applying controlled high temperatures and uniform high pressure to the workpiece.
