This hydraulic wood pallet press machine is an industrial apparatus designed for thermo-mechanical compression of lignocellulosic materials. It processes particle-sized biomass (3-15mm) such as wood chips, rice husks, and sawdust into high-density pallets (650-950 kg/m³) through integrated heating (80-120℃) and 1600ton pressure. Equipped with interchangeable molds, the system supports standardized (e.g., 400×600×140mm) and customized pallet configurations.
