Remarks ☆The equipment uses fully enclosed protection; the protective devices are safe and reliable, and should comply with GB15760-1995 General Technical Regulations for Safety Protection of Metal Cutting Machine Tools.                                                                  ☆Various hydraulic, pneumatic, and water pipe directions are marked, along with the working range of various instruments and the medium type.
☆The diameter of the hydraulic chuck and the tool turret positions can be selected according to machining requirements.

Vertical lathes are primarily used for machining large, short, heavy workpieces' external cylindrical surfaces, end faces, conical surfaces, cylindrical holes, or conical holes. They can also be equipped with auxiliary devices for threading, spherical turning, profiling, milling, and grinding. The primary characteristic of vertical lathes is that the spindle is upright, with the worktable positioned in a horizontal plane. The workpiece is clamped on a large worktable driven by the spindle's rotational motion. Due to the workpiece being mounted on a horizontal worktable, clamping is relatively convenient. The quality of the workpiece and cutting forces are supported by the rotational guide rails between the worktable and base, reducing the load on the spindle and bearings, ensuring stable operation and maintaining machining accuracy over extended periods.

Brand Spindle: The spindle can be equipped with either a disk-type worktable or a hydraulic chuck, based on user requirements. It operates with high efficiency, low noise, and minimal vibration to meet various cutting demands such as low-speed, high-torque, and high-speed, high-power conditions.

Wide Span Mid-Drive Design: The ball screw ends are fixed using integral casting with the machine body, and the support bearings are secured with a unit-type structure. Despite the complexity of the machining and assembly process, this design improves rigidity and bearing lifespan by 20% and 25%, respectively. The screw is centered on the motion axis, providing high precision and heavy load axial feeding force, while avoiding uneven force due to offset drive.

Multi-Station Tool Turret: The machine uses a horizontal or vertical multi-station CNC tool turret with a short tool change time, greatly enhancing work efficiency. An eight-station tool turret allows for simpler processes with a single clamping setup.

Stable Power System: The servo main motor and spindle are connected via a synchronous toothed belt, ensuring repeatable positioning accuracy of the workpiece. It features stepless speed changes with a wide range to meet different requirements for spindle speed in rough and fine machining.

Robust Base Design: The solid base structure ensures maximum rigidity and stability over long-term use. Besides utilizing advanced design tools for analysis and optimization, the actual material used exceeds optimization standards by 15%. The internal ribbing features a cross-shaped structure combined with a cross layout for reinforcement to reduce distortion and deformation.
