This is the stainless steel basin production line equipment ordered by the customer, including deep drawing hydraulic press, trimming hydraulic press, and annealing furnace. The hydraulic presses are all equipped with molds. We tested all the equipment for the customer in the workshop and successfully demonstrated the complete production process.

The first step: deep drawing , using a 315-ton hydraulic press.

The second step: annealing, using an annealing furnace.

The third step: trimming, using a 200ton hydraulic press.
