The 200-ton metal floor drain forming hydraulic press is essentially a YQ32 series three-beam, four-column hydraulic press (four-column, three-beam hydraulic press). It has a single core function: to use massive, controlled static pressure to “press” a flat stainless steel sheet into the three-dimensional shape of a floor drain body or cover plate—a process known technically as deep drawing (stretching) forming.
