The 630-ton pig composite slatted floor forming hydraulic press adopts Four-Column Hydraulic Press The hydraulic system is equipped with a synchronous valve and a proportional valve, so that the synchronization accuracy of the tow cylinders reaches the national standard, which can adapt to the high-precision SMC composite material product molding.

This machine is a special molding hydraulic press for SMC composite materials. It is mainly used for pressing FRP floor drain plates, resin composite cover plates, rainwater grates, drainage ditch cover plates, septic tank cover plates and other products. Widely used in FRP product factories, municipal building material processing plants and composite material manufacturers. Suitable for producing various composite floor drain cover plates for municipal drainage, underground parking lots, construction sites and gardens. Square and rectangular floor drain plates of different sizes can be produced, with high strength and corrosion resistance.
Adopt heavy-duty three-beam four-column hydraulic structure. The whole machine is welded with steel plates and treated by stress relief. It has high rigidity and strong anti-eccentric load capacity, and will not deform easily under long-term high pressure molding. Rated pressure: 630 tons. Stable pressure holding meets the high-temperature and high-pressure curing molding of SMC/BMC composite floor drain plates, ensuring dense products without pores. Equipped with PLC and touch screen control system. Pressure, speed, holding time and slide stroke can be adjusted in multiple stages. Multiple sets of production formulas can be stored for easy operation. Optional heating mold plate for constant temperature molding. Servo hydraulic system is available for energy saving, noise reduction and lower oil temperature to reduce maintenance cost.
