2500 ton hydraulic press equipment is controlled by PLC system, with stable pressure, high efficiency, high yield, flexible pressurization, fast vacuum, slow multi-stage pressurization, and multi-stage heating. The holding time is adjustable, and the pressure, speed, and stroke required during work can be adjusted within a certain range. There are three operating modes: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. It adopts servo closed-loop control system, which has the advantages of energy saving and low noise.
