The control system is equipped with an intelligent PLC-based fully automatic control system, supporting three operating modes: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic cyclic operation. Core parameters such as moulding pressure, heating temperature, pressure holding time and operating stroke can be set at the touch of a button. The hydraulic system utilises high-quality, low-noise hydraulic components and an integrated oil circuit design, ensuring rapid pressure build-up, stable pressure maintenance, low operating noise and no risk of oil leaks, resulting in minimal wear and tear and enhanced stability during operation. The machine is equipped with multiple safety protection devices, including overload protection, emergency stop, pressure limit protection and stroke limit switches. In the event of overload or abnormal operation, the system automatically cuts off the power supply and relieves pressure, ensuring comprehensive protection for both the equipment and the safety of the operators.
