In the process of PE helmet hot compression molding, the hydraulic press is one of the core equipment, its role is to promote the flow of PE resin through the high temperature, high pressure environment and with fibers (such as fiberglass, aramid) or filler uniform composite, and ultimately molded into a helmet shell with high resistance to impact. The final molding is a helmet shell with high impact resistance.

Bulletproof helmet molding hydraulic press is widely used in military, police equipment and civil protection fields, typical applications include:
Military bulletproof helmets: using Kevlar or aramid fiber composite materials, with 500 tons of hydraulic press molding, to meet the NIJ standard ⅢA level bulletproof requirements.
