The 100-ton hot press (for plastic sheets) is a hot-press molding machine that integrates a hydraulic pressure system, a heating and temperature control system, and automatic program control. It is specifically designed for the pressing, laminating, curing, and bonding of various types of plastic sheets and plates. Based on a rigid four-column or frame-type structure, the machine uses hydraulic cylinders to drive the platen closure, simultaneously applying controlled high temperatures and uniform high pressure to the workpiece. This causes the plastic material to soften and flow, promotes interlayer bonding, or cures the resin, ultimately producing finished sheets with uniform density, a smooth surface, and dimensional stability.
