Machine Body: The mainstream design employs a three-beam, four-column structure, consisting of an upper crossbeam, a slide, a worktable, four columns, lock nuts, guide bushings, and other components. The upper crossbeam, slide, and worktable are fabricated from 45 steel plates and welded together. After welding, they undergo high-frequency vibration or stress-relief treatment to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring they remain distortion-free during long-term use. Hydraulic System: Consists of a motor, hydraulic power unit (typically a vane pump or plunger pump), cartridge valve manifold, hydraulic lines, oil tank, cooler, filter, pressure gauge, and other components.
