Common capacities range from 315 to 500 metric tons, and it is equipped with a hydraulic pad to enable deep drawing of sheet metal.

1. Mass Production of Ash Hopper Buckets for Hand Carts: Deep-draw forming of metal hopper shells made from sheet iron, galvanized sheet metal, and steel plate for ash hoppers, as well as for construction site hand carts, agricultural hand carts, and landscaping hand carts—this is the core equipment for hand cart manufacturers. 2. Similar Sheet Metal Deep Drawing Processing: In addition to ash hoppers, the machine can also process various types of metal drawn parts such as basins, housings, and shallow containers, as well as perform drawing, profiling, and straightening of hardware sheet metal. 3. Supporting Post-Processing Operations: After the main machine completes the deep drawing process, the workpiece is transferred to a hydraulic trimming press to remove excess burrs, followed by flanging to produce the finished ash hopper, thereby completing the entire hopper manufacturing process. 4. Three-beam, four-column rigid frame: upper crossbeam, slide block, worktable, and four columns; cast steel welded frame; high rigidity, resistance to off-center loads, high guiding accuracy, and resistance to deformation under high tensile forces. Built-in hydraulic pad (flanging cylinder): Clamps the edges of the sheet metal during stretching to prevent wrinkling of the hopper sidewalls and ensure a smooth, flat inner surface of the hopper body; this is a core component for ash hopper forming. Large worktable with a T-slot layout facilitates the installation and replacement of different hopper molds and accommodates ash hoppers of various specifications.
