1. High pressure and uniformity: the hydraulic system can provide stable high pressure (far more than the pressure of manual gluing) to ensure close bonding between the layers of materials, avoid local weak points and improve the impact and pressure resistance of the water tank. 2. Strong mold adaptability: different specifications (e.g. round, square, shaped) of water tank parts can be produced by changing molds, which is highly compatible and suitable for mass production. 3. High degree of automation: modern models are mostly integrated with PLC control system, which can set parameters such as pressure, time, temperature, etc. to realize automatic pressing, pressure preservation, alarm, etc. to reduce manual intervention and improve production efficiency and product consistency. 4. Good structural stability: the machine body adopts four-column or frame structure (such as Q235 steel plate welding or cast steel parts), good rigidity, small deformation, long-term use can still ensure the accuracy of pressing.
